CCF's New Star Restaurant

As part of the successful vocational training program established by the Cambodian Children’s Fund, CCF recently opened its new Star Restaurant in June of this year. The Star Restaurant serves as further advanced training for the children enrolled in the CCF Star Bakery. At the restaurant, these aspiring cooks work for four months receiving invaluable internship experience where they can hone their skills obtained during their training. The specialty of the young chefs is Asian cuisine with a strong emphasis on Khmer food. The restaurant provides these children with business, tourism and hospitality training which will prepare them for their future careers in the various industries. Delectable food, exceptional service and cleanliness, as well as a positive community-wide endeavor have all served to make the Star Restaurant a success 25.8.2012.Photo125.8.2012.Photo2
