The GOFC (Girls Onside Football Cambodia) program was launched in June 2022, and HFCA is a founding member.

CCF has been partnering with HFCA since 2009, offering disadvantaged young people in Cambodia the chance to play sports with a focus on giving girls the opportunity to participate in football.
