CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in the USA, Australia, the UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support development, CCF is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a ICT Teacher position based in Phnom Penh.
The role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of the ICT curriculum, monitoring teaching and learning practices, evaluating student outcomes, and implementing improvement plans to enhance educational achievement. The successful candidate will also teach ICT classes in accordance with the school's curriculum and timetable.
In addition, the role will support and guide teachers across all subject areas to effectively integrate ICT tools into their teaching, ensuring that learning objectives are achieved through innovative, student-centred, 21st-century teaching and learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plan that meet individual students’ needs, interests and abilities
- Give instructions in clear, calm and facilities class activities by providing learning Intended Learning Outcome (ILO) of each grade
- Monitor and assess students to ensure they meet learning objectives
- Keep a record of what has been taught and the students’ progress, as required;
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
- Ensure a safe learning environment in the computer labs for all students
- Assist to develop CCF ICT curriculum, resources and textbooks
- Be involved in e-learning teacher team meetings to identify e-learning opportunities or solve problems in using e-learning activities
- Provide professional development related to computer skills for teachers and other education staff as required
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager
Requirements
- Model the organisation’s values and associated behaviours in and out of the classroom
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related field
- At least two years’ experiences in ICT/Computer teaching
- Good English both speaking and writing
- Knowledge of mobile operating system (android and iOS), 3D, 4D design, Adobe applications, coding, web design or mobile app development
- Knowledge of innovative teaching techniques, online platforms, learning games etc
- Good communicator, friendly, confident, and willing to ask for help
- Be punctual, honest, trustworthy, patient, respectful and helpful
- High compassion and commitment to work with community people and children with a difficult background and home life
- Genuine enjoyment for helping the students and passion for teaching
- Open to teaching in a non-traditional way with a focus on creativity and critical thinking
- Working Days/Hours: 07:30am-12:00pm and 01:30pm-05:00pm from Monday to Saturday(full-time)
