The role

-

Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) is a leading international NGO that contributes to social development by providing life-changing education, nourishment, and healing to vulnerable children in some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. Its vision is to transform these children into tomorrow’s leaders.

A well-respected NGO, CCF currently cares for more than 1,800 students and 14,000 people annually, helping entire families and communities in crisis through a significant array of programs and initiatives.

CCF operates in Cambodia through strong support relationship development and fundraising businesses in the USA, Australia, the UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support development, CCF is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Grants Coordinator (Fundraising and Business Development) position based in Phnom Penh.

This role works within the Grants team and in close association with international colleagues, the Marketing and Communications team and the Donor Relations team. The role will focus on writing compelling, evidence-based proposals, with research to identify potential partnerships with appropriate corporate, government and foundation funds, generating new funding opportunities.

The Grants Coordinator (Fundraising and Business Development) position will be responsible for positioning CCF to successfully secure grants and large corporate and philanthropic contributions to enhance CCF’s strategic objectives and sustainability. The role will involve close communication with CCF’s international and local colleagues to maximise potential for
long-term engagement and support from donors. Taking a strategic leadership role in partnership development while acting as a support for the international offices, the role requires flexibility, adaptability and the ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, facilitating successful connection with CCF.

Additional duties include supporting the Grants Coordinator (Evaluation and Compliance) with analysis of outcomes, the development of CCF’s knowledge management approach and the development of an inventory of systems, procedures and best practices to support optimum outcomes.
