ICT Trainer
The role
CCF is looking for experienced and qualified ICT Trainers to support the development and improvement of the ICT program within school. The ICT Trainer will be responsible for supporting the improvement of ICT teachers’ and students in using a variety of effective teaching and learning strategies through the use of modelling, team teaching, coaching and delivering teacher training workshops.

OUTCOMES
- Conducting training needs analysis and defining the skill sets needed of ICT teachers is preferred
- Designing and developing training programs for ICT teachers
- Providing training on specific content such as coding, IoT, media, design, or cybersecurity
- Supporting and coaching ICT teachers
- Designing and leading ICT club and ICT self-directed learning for students
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of ICT for education programs
- Experience teaching or training ICT programs to teachers
- Experience mentoring and coaching teams and individual teachers is desirable
- Experience in embedded ICT knowledge with entrepreneurship is desirable
CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Have an understanding of ICT education for primary and high school students
- Actively promote openness, reflective thinking, teamwork and initiative
- Have a strong sense of moral purpose to enrich teaching and learning at CCF
- Be patient and flexible

At CCF we care for a lot of children and their families, but we also care about you. To ensure that everyone is safe we require all confirmed volunteers to provide the following before they arrive at CCF:
- A federal level police screening from your country of residence to ensure you are safe to work with children
- Two references we can contact for additional background checks
- Copy of your valid passport
- A passport photo
- Proof of your relevant qualifications
- Health insurance for the duration of your placement at CCF (medical evacuation coverage at a minimum)
