The role requires someone skilled in different disciplines primarily video and photography, but also to include website editing, email marketing campaigns, analytics and social media posting. Being flexible and adaptable is an important part of the job. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Fundraising departments.
Reports to: Marketing and Communication Manager
Key Liaison: Marketing and Communication Team
Shoot, edit and produce videos and content for donor acknowledgements, website, events and social media to be used other a variety of platforms.
Assist in finding great stories to tell CCF’s mission through video and photography.
Assist Video Producer with projects, ensuring these are completed to a high standard and aligned with CCF’s brand values and vision.
Stay up to date with the latest digital workflows, technologies and video production setups.
The Multimedia Officer is encouraged to identify and develop video and photography projects that will help drive the CCF mission and marketing.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Fundraising teams internationally as required.
Visibly ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
Bachelor’s Degree in photography or equivalent degree;
At least 1 year’s experience in video filmmaking and photography Experience photo editing with Adobe software;
Knowledge of video and editing using software to include Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Good at English. Be able to translate English to Khmer for subtitles or translate headline stories.
Must have digital shooting experience and knows how to operate Cannon or Blackmagic.
Knowledgeable in handling camera equipment (camera, microphone, lapel, etc.)
Be able to work under pressure and deadline
Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful;
High compassion and commitment to work with community people and poor children.
