Paul Saunders, Chairman
Paul is the Board Chairman for Cambodian Children’s Fund and is currently working full time on a pro bono basis for the organization. During his multifacted career in the for-profit sector, Paul worked with WR Hambrecht & Company and SoundView Technology Group as a merger and acquisition advisor and a sell-side securities analyst, and also contributed his talents to various Silicon Valley technology companies in engineering and marketing positions. Paul has been involved with a variety of charitable organizations over the past decade, including full Circle Fund, an engaged philanthropy organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is also on the Board of Directors of Sacred Sites International. Paul sponsors six CCF children and makes frequent trips to visit them in Phnom Penh.

Gina Kilberg, Secretary
Gina began her professional career in 1986 with the advertising agency Young & Rubicam in New York City. After taking a year off to travel extensively, she relocated to Los Angeles in 1991 to begin working in entertainment at 20th Century Fox in International Marketing. She is currently Senior Vice President, International Media for Sony Pictures. Gina met Scott Neeson through her work at Fox in the mid 90’s, and the two have remained dear friends. Gina is active in fundraising for CCF and regularly advises the organization on marketing strategies.

Cathey Paine, Treasurer
Cathey Paine enjoyed a successful career in the film industry for nearly 20 years before moving to the financial services industry in 1994. In 2001, she joined Sagemark Consulting, the Financial Planning Division of Lincoln National Corporation. Cathey has travelled extensively around the world for business and pleasure. In the late 80's, she worked with children in African villages. In early 2005, Cathey went to Cambodia with the intention of working with land mine victims. Through one of her business associates, Cathey was introduced to Scott Neeson and Cambodian Children's Fund. Cathey sponsors twin girls at CCF2 and regularly helps with donor development.
