Community Out Reach

CCF is committed to rebuilding futures and bringing new hope to children and families who have been discarded and deserted. The majority of our students lived and worked in the Steung Meanchey garbage dump community, one of the most impoverished regions in Cambodia. Even in times of uncertainty, as the needs of families here evolve, so will we redefine our methods and reshape our care to devote the best possible attention and respect to these residents and their children.

The CCF Community Center was created in 2007 to provide reliable care within and for the Steung Meanchey community. By fostering a sense of community and sense of pride individual and social evaluation and responsibility have followed, helping to unite a formerly fragmented group of families into a more positive social network.
